Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting. Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. Handle customer service inquiries and problems. This may include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, time of service registration, etc. Perform a variety of customer service functions. Must be computer savvy, prefer knowledge of Electronic Health Records. Prefer experience with high call volumes. Prefer experience working in a clinic, doctor/dentist office. 8 paid major holidays in addition to PTO starting on day 1.Įxcellent customer service.
